Vanderbilt follows county guidelines when releasing your land, referred to as recording a satisfaction of mortgage. In most states, you should receive confirmation that your land has been released within 60 days of paying off your loan.

Any refunds due for an overpayment at the time the loan is paid in full will be mailed within 21 days after the loan is paid in full.
