What do I do if I need to change my name or home address?

You will need to email customercare@vmf.com with the changes that you are wanting made to your account. A VMF Customer Service Representative will review your email and provide you with a list of items that you will have to provide to get the information updated in your VMF account.

Examples of documents they could ask for:

  • Driver's License
  • Social Security Card
  • Birth Certificate
